Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Manduka yoga gear and your order.
How do I break in my PRO Series yoga mat?
The surface of our PRO Series mats improves with use over time. To speed up the break-in process, we recommend the 'Salt Scrub' method: sprinkle coarse sea salt over the mat, let it sit for 24 hours, then wipe it off with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between the PRO and eKO series?
The PRO Series is made from high-quality PVC that will never wear out, offering a closed-cell surface for hygiene. The eKO Series is made from sustainably harvested natural tree rubber, providing a naturally grippy surface for those who prefer eco-friendly materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats must be in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
How do I clean my yoga mat?
For daily cleaning, use our Botanical Cleaner or a mild vinegar-water solution. Avoid using soaps with harsh chemicals or soaking the mat in water, as this can damage the material and compromise the grip.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Is there a warranty on Manduka mats?
Our PRO and PROlite mats come with a Lifetime Guarantee. If the mat wears out from regular use, we will replace it. This does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or external accidents.
